Ruby Falls has always been concerned about using the unique properties of our caverns to assist in the education of our youth. Over the years, we've developed great relationships with our educators.  We've learned how to work with our teachers to create a course of study that culminates in a field trip to Ruby Falls, providing your students with a "hands on" approach to the lesson.

Our primary method for the instruction of students is a class tour.  These tours are designed to work in conjunction with our Educational Objectives, a suggested classroom course with hands-on experiments, which will reinforce the geologic fundamentals which students learn.

Students and teachers love Ruby Falls' Journey to the Center of the Earth educational tour. Our tour guides give your students an interactive learning experience that is both educational and fun.

Available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm during the school calendar year for school classes of 15 or more.
